Has been general counsel for the Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company since 2016 representing it in criminal and civil litigation with special emphasis on mining, commercial and labour law. Mr Tsivama has been general counsel for the Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation (ZMDC) for more than fifteen years, reviewing its major commercial contracts and representing it in various litigation disputes. Acted as Legal Counsel for Zimbabwe Elecrticity Supply Authority advising on various corporate matters including drafting legal opinions and advising on contracts. He is currently general counsel for Zimbabwe Electricity Regulatory Authority (ZERA) advising on various corporate matters and litigation disputes. He is also currently general counsel for the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) representing it in various litigation disputes.
